Ruga resting on the same hip he was shot, his crutch under his right arm as he dabbed to Bobby Shmurda then started trying to Milly rock on his crutches.

“Vic you better sit your ass down! I don’t have time to bring yo ass back to the hospital.” Chenell fussed then cracked up laughing at her son.

Using his crutch, he limped to the kitchen table trying to squeeze in the chair between Kim and myself. “Move girl so I can sit by my sister.” He said pressing his dick on Kim’s arm.

“BOYYY!” Dime screamed cracking up laughing. “I can’t deal bruh! Why you so damn stupid?” Dime asked still laughing.

“Vincent if you don’t go head.”

“Aye Vic, you hitting this?” Heavy asked holding up a King Kong finger looking blunt.

“Son you know I can’t hit that shit, fuck around and die out here.” He tried stifling a laugh but it hurt too bad. “Ahhh bruh.”

“That’s what yo stupid ass gets.” Kim said getting up to let him sit down. Her phone was ringing for the fifth time since they left the hospital. Vic watched her hit ignore placing it back on the table.

“Son this shit so smooth I promise you ain’t choking on this.” He said passing it to him.

“Y’all go in the back with that.” Dime said as Vic the blunt then put it out in the ashtray in front of him. Jr and Delilah was running around somewhere probably with her maw maw. Jr wasn’t having it today. Dime been gone all day leaving him here with all these people. Oh, he was done. No jumping outside and my momma said he hated the clown. She shook her head at Jr. He looked just like his paw but acted like her. She kissed his head as he dosed off on me.

“Babe you ready to eat?” Kim asked taking his crutch, leaning it against the wall on side of the deep freezer.

“Yea get me a Heineken too.” He squeezed her booty as she turned to reach a plate and fix his food at the bar on the side of the sink that was set up like a buffet. There was ghetto lasagna, which was spaghetti and meat sauce with cheese baked on top. There was potato salad, barbecue meatballs, jambalaya, crawfish pasta, a fruit and vegetable platter, a pan of Vic’s favorite Chestnut Squares and cold drinks and beers in the fridge.

This was a kid’s party but let’s be real it really was a gathering for the grown-ups. These kids didn’t care about shit at this age. They would be happy with a simple cake and ice cream but I guess it was another excuse just to enjoy our love one company while celebrating the little one’s birthday.

Kim scooped a little of everything fitting as much as possible on Vic’s plate saving herself another trip.
